Jyotish Oracles is the practice of Sandeep V, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Consultations are conducted personally — the chart you send is read by the person who answers you.

Jyotish — Vedic astrology — is a classical Indian discipline with a continuous textual lineage going back thousands of years. It has its own internal logic, its own methods of calculation, and a large body of classical literature that practitioners study, apply and argue over. It is a serious tradition and it is treated as one here.

The work is done carefully. Charts are calculated to the standard of the Swiss Ephemeris and read by classical method, informed by years of study and practice. Over those years it has borne out often enough to be worth doing, and clients have found it clarifying — which is why it is offered at all.

It is also, plainly, not a modern empirical science. Its claims have not been established by controlled study, and it is not recognised as a predictive science by any scientific body. We would rather say so here than leave you to work it out later. What a reading offers is considered interpretation within a living tradition — insight to weigh alongside your own judgement, not a forecast to build a life around.

A reading can show how a period is shaped, where the pressures and the openings in a chart lie, and which times are better suited to an undertaking. Used well, that is genuinely useful, and it is what people come for.

What it cannot do is guarantee an outcome. Choosing a good muhurtha for an undertaking is not the same as assuring its result, a prediction may not unfold as read or on the timing given, and a remedy is a traditional practice offered as part of the tradition rather than a mechanism with a promised effect. None of that is a caveat bolted on at the end — it is simply the honest shape of the discipline.

Decisions stay with you. That is less a disclaimer than how the work is meant to be used: you bring the question, the chart offers a way of seeing it, and what you choose to do next is yours.

A consultation is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and does not replace guidance from a qualified professional in those fields. Nothing said in a reading diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.

This matters most where the subject is health, fertility, pregnancy or a child's development. Where those questions arise, please keep your doctor in the conversation. This work sits alongside medical care and is never a reason to delay, stop or refuse treatment. If something is urgent, seek medical help first.

A reading is only as good as the details it starts from, and the birth date, time and place you give are taken as you give them — we have no way to verify them independently.

Birth time especially: a difference of minutes can move a chart materially, so accurate details matter more here than people expect. If you are unsure of your birth time, please say so when you enquire rather than guessing. It is a common situation and there are classical ways of working with it.

If you ask for a reading concerning someone else — a spouse, a partner, a business associate — you confirm you have their knowledge and consent to share their birth details.

For a child, the enquiry must come from a parent or legal guardian, who consents on the child's behalf. Findings about a child are shared with that parent or guardian.

There are no fixed prices, because there is no fixed scope. The sequence is:

• You open an enquiry by WhatsApp or email with your details and your question.
• You receive a scope and a quote, usually within 24 hours. The quote is for that piece of work.
• You accept the quote and pay. Work begins after payment.
• The reading is delivered as agreed — a written report, a call, or both.

A quote covers the work described in it. Further questions, a second chart, or a materially wider scope are a new piece of work and a new quote. Response times given anywhere on this site are ordinary expectations, not guarantees.

Before work begins — that is, before your chart has been calculated and the reading prepared — you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Just say so.

Once work has begun, fees are not refundable. The study itself is the deliverable, and it cannot be undone once it has been carried out — the same as with any consulting work. A refund does not rest on whether you like what the reading says, or on how events later unfold.

Scheduled callsmay be moved once at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed call without notice counts as delivered, though we will generally try to be reasonable about genuine emergencies.

If a consultation is cancelled from our side, or cannot be delivered as scoped, you get a full refund. Refunds go back by the route you paid by and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

Birth details and the substance of what you discuss are held in confidence. They are not sold, published, or shared with anyone, and no case is used as an example without asking you first and getting a yes.

What the website itself collects when you sign in to a tool is a separate matter, set out in the privacy notes.

The calculators on this site — panchanga, transits, muhurtha, numerology, and the rest — are provided free and as they are, with no warranty of accuracy or availability. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris and are accurate to its standard. But a calculation is not a reading: the tools apply rules without judgement, and output can still be thrown off by a bug or by the wrong location or timezone. For anything that matters, please check it — or ask. We are not liable for decisions taken on a tool's output alone.

The writing, tools, designs and code on this site belong to Sandeep V. Journal articles may be quoted with attribution and a link; they may not be republished wholesale, and they may not be used to train machine-learning models without permission.

A report prepared for you is yours to keep and use personally. It is not to be resold, redistributed, or presented as someone else's work.

Consultations are for adults. You must be 18 or older to open an enquiry, and to sign in to the tools.

To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim arising out of a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost opportunity, or the downstream consequences of a decision you took.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These terms do not take away any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where something here conflicts with a right you hold by statute, the statute wins.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did, and the version in force for your consultation is the one published when you accepted the quote.

Indian law governs, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If there is a problem, please write first — most things are settled by a conversation.
